What does "subject to a positive accreditation decision by the NVAO" mean?

When you see that a programme is offered subject to a positive accreditation decision by the NVAO, it means that the programme still requires official approval by the NVAO (the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders). This organisation assesses whether a programme meets the quality standards for higher education.
