We’re screening Frantz (2019), a powerful French-German drama by director François Ozon. It’s a moving story of grief, love, and unexpected connection.

Actor and teacher Mahfoud Mokaddem brings a show blending hip-hop, video art, and raw stories from students and teachers who feel unseen in the education system — about being supported, and being misunderstood.

We’re joining forces with our Dutch and English book clubs as well as our film club! We’ll be reading Atonement by Ian McEwan, watching the film adaptation, and discussing both the book and the movie.
