Introduction

A practical approach is peculiar to every master's degree programme and post-higher professional education programme at The Hague University of Applied Sciences Pro, part of The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

For the Business Controller degree programme, this means that you gain knowledge that you can immediately apply to controller issues in your own working environment.

During the lectures, you will work with fellow students from various organisations, both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. This automatically gives you a broad view of the applicability of theory in a diversity of organisations.

You have been working in a finance role at an executive level for a minimum of 2 years or more. Your ambition is to advance to a tactical-level position such that you can advise management as a controller from a business perspective.  You have a background in (business) economics, finance or business administration. In the past few years, you have also shown in practice that you can work and think at a higher professional education level. The post-bachelor Business Controller professional education programme at The Hague University of Applied Sciences Pro is a logical choice for you. Is it your ultimate dream to become CEO or CFO? Then this study is a perfect stepping stone to the master's degree in Financial Management & Control. You have already done (and paid for) 3 of the 11 modules.
