The Services Council meets with the Directors of the supporting departments. The Council represents the interests of the staff from all of the departments. For example, it can issue an advice on the budgets and endorse decisions on the annual plans of the departments. The Council meets with the Directors of the departments and with its own members.
All the departments together have a Services Council. The Council consists of 7 seats, only for the staff of the departments. The members are elected from the 5 departments.
The Daily Board consists of 2 members: the Chair and the Secretary. The Council discusses all of the current affairs concerning the departments. They are the point of contact for the Directors of the departments between the official meetings.
