NB

Students applying for a bachelor or master programme from countries with our representatives are advised but not obliged to apply through one of our agents.

The Hague University of Applied Sciences pays a fee to agents for their services. The agents can also charge a fee to students for services they offer. The costs depend on the services offered by the agent and differ from country to country. Should you wish to use an agent then please contact the agent of your choice for precise information on any charges that there may be.

How to become a representative

The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) works with many representatives around the world and is always looking ways to explore new markets. Our representatives play a crucial role in exploring these new paths.
We are looking for representatives who are able to promote the Institution’s bachelor, master and supporting programmes, such as the prep school and summer school taught in English.
And recruit highly-motivated students who will enroll, via the agencies, into these courses.

Application

Should you be interested in becoming a THUAS-representative, please fill in this application form
Please be sure to also upload the following documents:

  • The names and contact details of referees – preferably those of Dutch organizations
  • A list of institutions currently represented by your company
  • An explanation of your understanding of an agent’s responsibilities under the Code Of Conduct
  • Certified copies of registration papers/licences, if applicable

Decision-making process

Our representatives committee meets three times a year in February, June and October. When we receive your application form together with the required documents in good order, the committee will review it.

After the committee reviews your application, we will immediately inform you on the made decision. If the representatives committee wants to establish a co-operation between your organisation and THUAS, you will receive our offer in the form of a contract in October.
After both parties have signed the contract is legally binding and will commence as of the 1st of November.
