Remote patient monitoring provides the opportunity to increase access to care and decrease costs but more research is needed to understand how to accelerate the understanding and adoption.

Remote patient monitoring is technology that enables monitoring of patients outside of conventional clinical settings; providing the opportunity to increase access to care and decrease costs. The project involves exploring perceptions of remote patient monitoring with patients and clinicians and drivers and barriers to improve adoption.
