Team Legal Aspects of Cyber Security

Bibi van Ginkel is a professor of Legal Aspects of Cyber Security at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. She examines the complex legal and ethical questions arising from the rapid development of digital technologies and online environments. 

Linda is a legal expert in international and technology law. She explores how behavioral science can improve legal compliance and how technology can make the public sector more accountable. She also focuses on technology-facilitated violence against women and the legal liability of artificial intelligence.

Leyla is a lecturer and researcher in Law & Technology, specializing in AI regulation, data protection, and the regulation of online platforms. She is currently researching the legal implications of AI-driven tools used to predict migration flows. 

Bartosz is a researcher at the Legal Aspects of Cyber Security research group and teaches courses in technology and commercial law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. He tackles today’s key questions: how do we protect our privacy in a world full of new technology, and how can we use artificial intelligence in a responsible and safe way?
