The CoECS in the picture: research projects of the research groups

More and more people are becoming victims of cybercrime. The research in this area wrongly focuses on the technical aspects of cyber crime, while we should examine the role of the human behaviour of both perpetrators and victims more closely. The Cyber crime & Cybersecurity research group conducts practice-based research into online (un)safe behaviour and, together with practitioners, develops interventions to increase the cyber resilience of citizens and businesses, thus reducing victimisation. Researchers Susanne van 't Hoff-de Goede and Rick van der Kleij talk about recent research projects on online behaviour.
