Lunch lecture Lisa Loeb & Daniel Paarlberg

In this interactive and dynamic show, Lisa Loeb and Daniel Paarlberg dive into the fascinating world of conspiracy theories and fake news. Why do intelligent people sometimes fall for misleading information, and how does this affect collaboration and decision-making within organizations?

With humor, psychological exercises, and surprising insights, they offer practical tools for effectively tackling misinformation.

Lisa Loeb, comedian and writer, is known for her sharp columns on De Nieuws BV (NPO Radio 1), her bestseller BANG, and numerous television appearances. She has a talent for making sensitive topics approachable, sharing stories that matter with intelligence, humor, and self-deprecation.

Daniel Paarlberg, sociologist and former McKinsey strategist, brings a deeply analytical perspective. He uncovers the underlying mechanisms of misinformation and groupthink and provides methods to strengthen your organization’s resilience.

Together, Lisa and Daniel host the popular podcast De Complottenpiramide, wrote the bestseller Dit kan geen toeval zijn, and are now taking their theater lecture of the same name on stage.

There will, of course, be time for questions. A light lunch will be provided! After the lecture, the book Dit kan geen toeval zijn will be available for purchase and signing.
