For you?
Business model innovation focuses on creating, delivering, and capturing new value. In this Business Innovation module, you will learn how to achieve this step by step using the Lean Startup methodology and how to remain relevant in a rapidly changing environment.
This may involve integrating emerging technologies into your organisation, introducing new products or services, or adopting a new business model.
Both established organisations and startups need to continuously innovate in order to remain relevant in a changing, uncertain, and complex environment. Working on the organisation, alongside working in the organisation, is increasingly becoming a core activity.
The nature of the business model and the context in which an organisation operates determine what type of innovation is required. In this module, you will work on your own innovation challenge or on a concrete challenge within your organisation. You will learn how to apply business innovation in practice and how to create new value.
The aim of this module is to enable you to use the right tools and insights for business innovation. In doing so, you will increase the agility and resilience of organisations and contribute to sustainable, future-proof growth.
